I anticipated (and hoped for) a day without romance, but strangely enough, that's not what I got. First of all, I found out that one of my guy friends was planning on asking me to grad. I told him I'd go today. Second, the guy I've been lusting after for a while was being more attentive to me than usual. One of my girlfriends caught him checking me out at one point. But he's a natural flirt, so I'm not getting my hopes up.

My Plan For A Better V-Day
1. Have a Valentine to share it with
2. Buy myself a singing Valentine. (my school's jazz choir sells them to raise money for the music department, then they go around town and the school to sing for the people who received one)
3. Make a Valentine for everyone in my family
4. Buy something for all my friends
5. Dress festively (pink and red heart)
6. Smile all day long until my face hurts
7. Stop listening to sad love songs (I'm listening to one right now though)
