I dont understand this, Why cant people date friends? They always want to date someone they dont know, I ask my friend if shes interested and she was shock when i tell her, and same does everyone that is advising me? why?

It is hard for us to date a friend because then the impending breakup is likely to ruin the friendship. The shock is probably because she looked at you as a comforter, guiding light that helps her through things, and you ahving feelings for her taints that because you aren't nuetral anymore.

what do mean people can't go out with their friends? haven't you heard "friends first?" when you're dating a person you're friends with it makes the relationship last longer and be more meaningful. friends first is the best type of relationship

If you break up, you probably won't be friends anymore... when she goes out with someone that she doesn't really know first, then it won't be so bad/awkward/painful when they break up and don't talk to each other anymore..
