Wild Turkey and Knob Creek usually, Maker's Mark is for special occasions. Regular Jim Bean tastes wretched in my opinion.
Jack Daniels is great but is "Tennessee whiskey" not bourbon although the two are nearly identical.
Crown Royal is great but not bourbon whiskey.

W L Weller.....smooth and it makes a good mixer.... straight up has to be makers Mark with a branch water chaser, and we never put a fine Bourbon like makers Mark over ice.... spoils the taste and texture.

you seem to have answered your own question. and a good answer it is. makers mark is a great hand made K.Y. bourbon whiskey at a price that beats the rest which seems to compare well to those of a bigger price tag. so it all falls into the catagory of drink what you like( cheers)

George Dickel, hands down.
By the way, Crown Royal is blended Canadian whiskey, not bourbon.
