You can die from drinking too much water
A student at California State University at Chico has died of water poisoning (hyponatremia) from drinking too much water during a fraternity hazing ceremony. He is not the first student to die from “bingeing” on water as some fraternities have begun replacing beer with water in their hazing rituals because of university pressures.
Excessive water in the body causes salt levels in the blood to drop which interferes with brain, heart and muscle functioning, leading to death.

Dont do that! The only thing that will get you "drunk" is alcohol. You can die from drinking too much water, it happens in the news all the time.

I have drank a few quarts Strawberry Hill back in the day. Got up the next morning and drank a couple glasses of water and got wasted again, good cure for a hang over from cheap wine.

You can get high off of it, but then again if you hold your breath for long enough you can get high off of that too. It's just a matter of a lack of oxygen that will give you an addrenalin rush and kill a few brain cells.

drinking large amounts of water quickly can kill you. you dilute yourself and make water in your blood naturally shift towards more concentrated area of sodium like the brain. fluid is shifted into your brain from your blood and your brain swells untill it squirts down the hole that your spinal cord comes out of and you die. from water. don't be stupid.

No water does not get you drunk. If it is too cold you will get that pesky little headache but that is not because you got drunk.
