If i like the guy i would give him my phone nr
If i dont trust the guy or not that interested in the guy i would not give my number to him

any guy who waits a few weeks to ask for my number I assume isnt interested. If he asks me for it the first time we meet, after a nice conversation, then I'll give it to him
