Ra, Isis, and Osiris are probably the most well-known. I find Sekhmet the most interesting though.

Really, it depends.

Why do you want to choose one?

If it's for a Patron (or "Matron"), it should be a personal reason for yourself. They will call to you, in their own time.

Otherwise, it depends on the purpose. Just reading up? Really, I think they're all pretty cool.
I do, however, really like Bastet.

Anubis, he looks awsome and chooses if you go to underworld or paradise, is holy, and jackals which are awsome, are his foloers.

or set, set is also like anubis, hes evil and rules over the lesser evil gods, he killed osiris which is awsome, choose one of these 2.
