Heart Attack??

Question

My father in law is in the hospital right now for high blood pressure(166/99). His symptoms are sweating, dizziness, tingling in the fingers and shortness of breath. The have done two EKGs and they both came back fine. Is there a chance that it wouldnt show that he had a heart attack? What do you think is happening?
