Go to file and you will see a picture of a floppy disk click on that, but you have to highlight the file and then go to file and save it! A box will open save as and at the top click on the down arrow and find the floppy disk and double click on it and then click save.

You can use the options described by others, or, after you close your Excel file, you could open the directory/folder, right-click on the file, select "copy" from the submenu.
Then, double-click on the icon for the floppy drive (which is probably a:) to open it, right-click and "paste."
You must have one of the older PCs as they no longer come with floppy drives unless you special order. If you have any USB ports you might want to consider buying a flashdrive. They hold much more.

Floppy Disks are not longer really used so if you have a drive and a floppy disk just drag the file from its location onto the floppy ( in my computer )
