I am an American who will be travelling to Indonesia in July, how concerned should I be about the bird flu? I will not be travelling to the rural parts of the country.

There shouldn't be much concern. Bird flu in humans is contracted through a secondary host, most often pigs. Most of the infected individuals either own pigs themselves, or live in villages with poor sanitation where contact with pig droppings is inevitable. At this point, I believe there has been no known case of bird flu contracted from birds. And most of the cases are in the rural areas, again because of the secondary animal vector.

You have an infection I recommend Amoxicillin 500g or liquid 300g, They are the cheapest but most effective antibiotic on the market. They are prescription only.
