Hi... I saw on TV a Real Pharmacy, where they prepare Coca-Cola with syrup and carbonated water like Old Style.
Someone know any place where I can get or buy a Coke in this way.

Dang. Revco Drugs--and others, too, especially in the southern US--used to sell Coca-cola syrup, which is what you need. You can supply the carbonated water yourself. I'll bet the Vermont Country Store has it, though their prices are somewhere between high and simply amusing.
Ask at your local pharmacy and see if they know anything at all. Most cities have a comprehensive pharmacy that sells darn near everything; ask at your local discount druggist to find out where that one is.
Coke prepared this way is fine; not vastly different from what's in the bottle, but it's great fun.

McDonalds, or most any other fast food restaurant that sells Coke products, they all have a machine that mixes syrup and carbonated water as the cup is being filled.
