You can just toss them out in the garbage or throw them outside- something will eat them.
When are you removing the eggs? If a hen starts laying, you want to leave all the eggs in there until she realizes that they aren't going to hatch. Usually that is about a month or so. If you are afraid of them breaking, you can buy fake ones to put in. If you keep removing them, the hen will keep laying to replace them, and she will deplete all of her stores of calcium. Make sure you are feeding her plenty of fresh veggies high in calcium, as well as proving a cuttlebone. A female with little calcium left in her body will easily break bones or become eggbound (which requires emergency veterinary assistance)

Put them in your garden, makes great fertilizer.

If your cockatiel lays eggs alot, be sure to supplement her diet with calcium like a cuttelbone etc. She needs the extra calcium if she is an egg layer.

Well you could use them as Easter decorations. You could dye and blow out the eggs.

Or just throw them away.

Eat them.

Sorry I couldn't resist saying that. I think you can just throw them away. Its natural trash or you could mix it in with your dog or cat food, eggs are good for their coats.
