The cheek.
That way you can see if they really like that. It's a signal or a hint that you want to try the lips. But do the cheek first to see what their reaction is. You don't want to suddenly kiss him on the lips. You would want to know if he'd like that first, right?
Besides, you're a girl. Kiss the cheek. Let the GUY make the move to kiss you on the lips. That IS his role.

Mines was on the lips n i think if your 12 or older lips are fine younder do the cheek

cheek. It's easy to start out without getting serious right from the start. From there, you can see if the guy is worth getting more involved with. But once you kiss a guy, you can't take it back, so if you guys break up then that will be even harder to deal with that you gave up your first kiss and then got burned (or whatever)
