Isn't the real question, what does a man have to offer besides sex and his $$?
It really comes down to who the individual man is-some of the best men I've known weren't about sex or money! It was about their character, honesty, integrity, sense of humor, compassion.

If you only know women that want you for sex or money - then either you are really good at sex or you have a lot of money. However, I happen to believe that most women are not just looking at a man's billfold or the zipper between his pants. You could ask the same question of a man now couldn't you - what is it you are looking for in a woman? Is it her chest size or is it her money? (Since 61 percent of all new college students are female - I think you can leave the stereotype out that men control all the money now - we are getting the high paid jobs now too!).
There is no answer to your question really - as every individual person is different and as such each would have a different response to your question.

Woman “What did you do at work today?” man “I barely got any work done, all I could think about was you.”
Woman “When’s the last time we ever had a good conversation about world peace?” man “When your mother came over. You said that if I ever wanted peace again I’d have to pretend like I thought the world of her.”

Ok curious.... I can't speak for all woman but I will tell you what I want from a man:
I want to be loved unconditionally, I want to make your eyes light up when you walk in the room, I want to make you laugh, I want someone I can have fun with, I want someone I can be myself around, I want you to want to be with me and care about "us", I want you to have great friends who you like spending time with, I want you to care about more than just yourself, (like I do)!
(Don't mean to sound bitter, really am not, but have been thinking about this kind of thing lately!)

For me, it's all about the personality, sweet demenor, caring, intelligent, like sports, open minded, and definately have a good sense of humor. Looks don't hurt but its not a top priority.
