They are not made of meat. They are made of tissues, organs, muscles and bones, just like you and any other human being. What you eat when you eat beef is the animals muscles or organs. You dont cut open a cow and find bags of ground beef stuffed inside.

who told you we cannot eat animals? we can, its just that we have limitations. The right thing to say is that we cannot eat all kinds of animals

you can never see animals made of fabric or metal or sand, we need protein that is why animals are made of meat
