I have a pretty long and curly hair, also very healthy no frizzing, no breakouts, so that's why I don't understand my falling hair.

Every time a comb it is too much hair falling. Also I'm don't have any disease that might cause it.

Please a Good advise

Always use a mild shampoo .Massage the head with oil for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with a shampoo. A hot oil massage with olive oil will also help .Apply a mixture of lemon juice to the scalp .More remedies at http://hairthinning.org/ will prevent further problems.

Hair has its cycles. You can lose 50 to 100 hairs a day.
Protein is the substance of hair, so make sure you get enough meat or soy and dairy products and it might grow in a bit faster.
It could be a hormonal thing, or thyroid disorder or stress.
Maybe you are just going thru a shedding phase.
Make sure it's not falling out in patches, that's never a good sign.

You need to get your thyroid checked. It could be from nutritional deficiency or from dieting. Have you recently lost weight. A high protein diet can also cause it. Stress is a big cause too. Get you a good multi-vitamin and a biotin supplement.
Go to the doctor first to be sure nothing else is wrong.

Start taking prenatal vitamins. My friends hair was falling out from stress, not a disease, and she started taking them. This should help your problem. It will also make your nails grow longer.

It can be from stress (chill out) or if you just had a baby or from lack of nutrition (take vitamins) or if you wear it pulled back often. I used to were pony tails a lot and it started to break my hair off and pull it out if I slept with hairbands in.
