I've had so much homework latley. I wake up every week day at 5:30 then I'm at school from 6:30ish to about 3ish. Then i get home and its homework homework homework..i have no more time for myself anymore. Im so tired. I've been getting headaches almost everyday. How do i relax and have time for myself but get all my work done too?

You might want to invest in a calendar planner (there are cheap ones available at Wal-Mart). This way, you can write down all your assignments so that you can keep better track of what needs done right away. Schedule small breaks in between subjects - 30 minutes to work out, watch a TV show, listen to music, or anything that helps you relax. You will be able to focus on your work better when you don't try to do it all in one sitting. It may seem strange that adding extra time in between homework will help you get it done more quickly, but as a college student, I can testify that this method is pretty darn useful! Good luck!

I know how you feel. I used to suffer from a nervous disorder, I have it under control now but in high school my doctor told ne to find a way to relax or quit school.

When it all gets too much for me, even now I . . take a bath. Yep the easiest thing in the world. Try baking soda or epsom salts or buy some nice bath stuff. Turn off the harsh fluro bathroom light, light some candles, take a big bottle of water with you and put a face washer over your eyes. Trust me it works a charm.

first of all don't take it as a burden,but take it as a challenge
yes,it's true,u have to take is as a challenge.no matter how much homework u have or u will have,just take it easy.what u have to do is try to solve and finish ur homework depending on ur capability.do not force ur self,cause it will harm ur health.if u r not able to finish it on the date,let it be.but the important thing is u have to understand the concept.when u understand the concept it will help u in ur exam,not ur homework.so the concept is very important....so by doing that u will enjoy ur life better.do not afraid of ur teachers if u do not finish ur homework,just tell them something.the point is u have to perform well in ur exam.
it's just a matter of phycology.....so have fun with ur life,and enloy ur teenage world.good luck

I am myself a high school student.
I guess it's what Jennifer said.
try to take a 30min break after coming from schoo.
-make a snake or somethin
Also try closing your eyes and try to put a wet towl over your eyes
during your 30min break(s)
when your head hurts close all your books and take a walk
that helps(dont think while doing that)

Listen to music! It takes all your stress away. You get taken into another world and forget about all your worries here on planet earth. 10 minutes of music time won't hurt your homework time. Hope this helps :)

I'm always pretty bored and busy, but what helps me is thinking the next fun thing I've got planned in the week or day, that makes me less stressed and more focused at the same time :).

I agree, plan time for your homework. Make sure you have breaks so you don't work for so long without taking a break. I usually listen to music. I'm sure that will help.

Not many people really know how to relax any more.I,being one of them.But be good to yourself,.there are breathing exercises that help,exercise helps,like a walk,go for a bike ride,go for
a swim,go for a run.Any exercise helps you to learn to relax.My favorite is take a long Hot bath.After homework is mostly done.
