Dude, I have grinded a few thousand times in my life. When I first started, I was hard, but I never do nowadays unless it's a girl who can really work it, and they're usually black if so

Well, it really depends on the girl, some girls like the fact that you do, others don't. I try to have some self control (it gets easier the more you do it) but other than that its only natural that you do. Its basically like getting a lapdance in some ways.
