I happen to think that some leftovers are better than they are the first time around - such as turkey the day after Thanksgiving!!!

My husband won't touch leftovers, it drives me crazy.

I like leftovers, they are delicious. Also it makes it easy so you don't' have to cook all the time.. leftover pizza is great, so is leftover chicken.
Also, you can recreate leftovers in a way that makes it a whole different meal. For instance, you can roast a chicken, eat some of it for dinner, and the next day use the leftover chicken to make into soup, or quesidillas or something..

I agree.
Some leftover are better.
But then again, there are some leftover that are disguisting. Like meatloaf.
And some pastas get crunchy at the tips.

i guess that is the only left over that i eat and do you know why is it better to eat it after the first time, because all the flavors and juices have settle down in the meat and it makes it more tastier. all the left over food that i have i make it into a new dish the next day, since my dad is a chef he can prepare a different dish with left overs.

Not me ... but my friends are !! They REFUSE to eat ANY leftovers ... They make fun of me because I will eat the same meal for 3 days.
