I take 300mb of Effexor Xr is it normal to have this ?

i have little little white balls like a small that would be in a pill or something is that normal to have in a bowel movement???

I assume you mean 300 mg of Effexor XR. The balls are the "left overs" of the coating that make the capsules long acting. The drug is released from the balls in the intestines and after the drug has been released the coating in excreted.
