One of the explanations may be is that she's not having sex for the right reasons. Maybe she's afraid to lose the guy and is 'forcing' herself to sleep with him so that he can be satisfied and doesn't leave her. Or it could be that she wants to fit in with the crowd and is being influenced by peer pressure. If friends around her are having sex, she might feel like she has to adhere to some standard and do what the 'cool' kids are doing. This feeling of being pressured, whether directly or indirectly, can definitely prevent her from fully enjoying the experience.
It could also be a physical thing. Maybe the guy can't bring her the pleasure that is often associated with sex or she just doesn't respond in the ways that she should. She could be nervous and maybe not even fully ready. The most important thing you can do is talk to your friend and find out how she truly feels. Also, make sure that she practices safe sex.

It's because her prick bf's aren't taking the time to explore her body and help her get into the mood. At the same time, she probably isn't doing anything to get herself into the mood. That's even more important. If she keeps expecting to get nothing then she will. She should take control.
