32 oz in a liter or 4 cups. I still believe in my answer but I thought I would elabourate a little more. In baking or using a measuring cup 1 cup is 8 oz and there are 4 cups in a liter. That is how I justify my answer, but in a true true sense of a liter it would be more like 33.8 oz being technical. However with that being said I still stand with 32 fluid oz because of measuring cups.
