I have been to the doctor several times in the past few years and they can never tell me why my inner ears itch so bad, especially at night, they say I have no infections and tell me not to use q tips or put anything in my ear at all to clean it, so I stopped doing that 3 years ago and they still itch like crazy. I've been told to use mineral oil to melt the possible packed in wax but not sure where to get it or what types are available for ears. Anyone have this issue?

WEll my dear if you don't have a build up of ear wax it is usually an allergic reaction. Probably to something you ate at dinner. It may not be the food you ate particularly but it can cause a trigger if you ate something earlier in the day. It is like the last drop of something bad overflows the barrel. Go to the health food store and on a weke night when home put in 3 drops each ear of Mullen Garlic compound. Yes you will smell like garlic but I bet it makes it feel better..Try it.

The itching is caused by a build-up of Ear Wax.
