why do my dog always have a new boyfriend ever week??? its like my cats is a person that like ever boy and she always come home with different kind of fur on form a different cat and she always fighting a girl cat over some boy cat

Because you are not a responsible owner.
If your cat and dog are allowed outside unsupervised and roam the neighborhood, getting into fights with other animals, then you are not being responsible. You should be able to account for your animals whereabouts at all times - they are your responsibility.
I hope they're spayed or neutered, at least.

do you mean dog or cat? if she should not be roaming free to be able to find other dogs to play with. i would get her spayed as soon as you can if she is not already spayed.
