The "Sweet Tooth Candy Emporium" located at the lower level food court area of Scarborough Town Centre carries them. I'm sure specialty candy stores around Toronto probably have them too.

Yes. There are a FEW stores in Canada that carry the "Payday" bars. Usually, they are in the smaller 'mom and pop' type variety stores...in Ontario anyway.
