I think that if you really care for her and you think shes the one than tell her how you feel and maybe she might feel the some way about you.

at first kind of smile at her. then start talking with her. then get to know her. and then...... (drum roll) ask her out!!!!!! if u r too shy or w/e to talk with her start getting ur friends to talk with her, and then join in. good luck!

first talk to her, but dont freak her out, and spend time slowly, and then when you get like good friends, then ask her for date, dont jump and like ask lets go out!! just dont freak her out and take it slow, if she dont talk to you or avoid you it means she dont like you, but if she talk to you and is nice kinda, then push and get going!!, after few date or going with friends then u shuld ask her out
