My neighbor had the 66 427 stick Fairlane. It had a fiberglass scooped hood.
I had the 66 390 GTA. Awesome vehicles.
I would look in the Auto trader magizines.

First off I don't have one for sale, but I'm fairly confident I know where you can find one. Try picking up an Old Car Trader or Hemmings Motor News. Those mags should have one for you.

seat belts where not mandatory until 68, i have owned two 67 xl 500's both where 289cars and they had seat belts so to the answer is yes in the gt's and gta's
