This crush of mine has just been apparently leading me on. he has been ignoring me lately and my friends (who are also friends with him) told me that the reason he hasn't been talking to me lately is because he hooked up with this other girl over the weekend, and he felt bad and was too cowardly to admit it to me. He did it after he kissed me and told me he loved me and everything. I'm heartbroken because we both liked each other a lot, and I finally thoguht he would make a move. He's been lying to me and said that he was "tired of waiting" for me to break up with my ex. But somehow I want to forgive him, because I really liked him. I'm giving him the weekend to think about what he did to me, and on monday I'm going to ask him if he wants to be friends or what. What should I say to him?

I'm afraid it's gonna be weird between him and I because I see him at school all the time, and we used to hang out a lot.

think about it this way: if he is already hooking up with another girl and yall arent even dating, what do you think it will be like if yall actually do date? If you truly believe that this guy is worth it, then definitely go for it. but if you're unsure, i would walk away. walk away while you still can. and if you stay/wait on him, be careful and understand what you might be about to put youself through.
i truly dont mean to discourage you because i really dont know yalls past/story/life whatever, so i could be wrong. but from past experience, i would still walk away.
good luck with the decision you or he makes :)

why are you giving him the weekend. because of what he did to you. let me get this right. he lied to you. ok so forgive him. let him run around and lie to you all he wants, he gets what he wants a weekend away from you. then on monday when you ask him, he will say im sorry ill never do it again. til the next one comes along. sure forgive him.

Give it a try. After all, being friends is much better than being enemies. You would still see him in class whether you speak to him or not. On Monday I would just say to him "Do you want to be friends?"

if he really liked you he would wait until you break up or whatever. of course it is easy to get caught up in the moment and make a mistake--people feel really bad sometimes and don't talk to other people because they are embarrased or stuff like that

Don't say a word. Just smile at him if you see him, be friendly, that's all. Don't tell him off, don't let him see that he hurt you. Smile at school, cry at home (if you have to). He doesn't deserve to see your pain.
