From the Code of Canon Law:

Can. 241 §1. A diocesan bishop is to admit to a major seminary only those who are judged qualified to dedicate themselves permanently to the sacred ministries; he is to consider their human, moral, spiritual, and intellectual qualities, their physical and psychic health, and their correct intention.

§2. Before they are accepted, they must submit documents of the reception of baptism and confirmation and any other things required by the prescripts of the program of priestly formation.

No, you must be in full communion with the Church first.

There is also a "cooling off' period for converts. Many are so swept up in the joy of their entry into the Church, they want to enter seminary , monestaryt or convent right away.....the Church recognized this is not a good idea, so they make aspirants wait.....BUT there is nothing wrong with discussion ordained or religious life with the vocation office of the diocese in the meantime!

You cannot be ordained - or married - without being baptized and confirmed. However, the seminary is just a school. You can study and learn without being confirmed or baptized. The final decision on acceptance of course would belong to the directors of the particular seminary.

There is no reason why not. Although whoever wants to become a seminarian is deeply religious in the Catholic tradition to begin with, so your scenario is hard to imagine.
