I am running away form someone or something on a what looks like a warehouse on top of a dock, or on water, the room is filled with boxes, and I see this girl and i run to her, i do not recognize her at all, thne we start kissing, and then i wake up to my alarm. what does this mean???

Water can symbolize either tranquility or a challenge. Considering the context, I would say that this would represent a challenge. This would be one that you are running away from.
The warehouse can represent materialism, but it is also a good scenario to put something that scares you. The woman that you don't know is a symbol for someone that you will meet in the future. If, at the end of the dream, you felt 'okay' or 'safe', that would add to the concept that you had a bad relationship, and are afraid or uncertain, and someone you meet will 'make things all better'.

Running: obviously you're stressed about something and trying to run away instead of facing it.
Warehouse on a dock: overwhelmingly large issue, and the water thing depends if you are surrounded or not.

instead of remembering the objects in you dream remember what you felt like in your dream. Your dreams might be reflecting your inner emotions and feelings which in turn reflect somthing you are dealing with. did you like the way you felt when you kissed or was it awkward? things like that.
