It's great that you put your work out there, but what you have to realize is that #1 art is highly subjective #2 it is very difficult for people without an artistic mindset to "judge" your work in a legitimate manner. Good for you for being able to take the criticism though! I enjoyed the one of the high key girl - I really think the intense light on the subject is quite striking. I think you should go into a series with this theme, you seem to have an eye for the commercial/model/high fashion. Keep it going!

#1: Very ordinary.
#2: Marginally better but still lacking punch
#3: Better, spoiled, of course by the text splattered all over.
#4: Predictable. Been done so many times before. Nevertheless, far better than #1 and #2.
Question. Why would anyone want to use these? Don't panic.
Question. Do you want some serious criticism every day? You should post on a photo-crit site where you will be noticed and where you will get honest comments from experienced site members. Try www.lenz-frienz.freehostia.com which is a small group and where you will not be lost amongst the hordes.

I don't think you need to worry about someone stealing them. I am going to offer you an honest critique, so please don't take my comments as rude or sarcastic.
The leaf picture is poorly composed, and needs some curves adjustment, the lighting was way too flat. It could look better with some cropping and color and contrast adjustment.
The young man under the tree: There is a big spot of blown highlight right on his face. Dappled sun through trees is not an ideal portrait environment. He is looking away from the frame, and an awkward crop at the waist, losing his hand. A branch appears to be poking through his head. Also there are many distractions in the background, which is also blown. Throw this one out and try again.
The portrait of the girl is out of focus. Highlights are blown everywhere. Way too heavy a hand on the contrast adjustment. What is that area that looks like a hand at the lower right? Toss this one, too.
The final one is the best of the lot., although it is hard to tell much with the small image. It is too dark, needs some levels adjustment to brighten the highlights and mid-tones. Leave the darkest shadows dark and lift the rest to gain some depth and contrast. (But not as much contrast as the previous one, please!)
I am glad you love taking pictures. I believe you can really benefit from some books on beginning photography. I realize many young people starting out want to produce images that are different from the masses, with their personality stamped on them. There's nothing wrong with that! But you still need a good understanding of the basic stuff, like composition, posing, and how light effects your picture. I recommend a book, "Understanding Exposure", by Bryan Peterson. It will improve your photography, no matter what camera you use. Also, study the pictures you like by other photographers. What do you like about them? The color? Lighting? Posing? Then try to duplicate the same feeling on your own.
I hope you enjoy your photography hobby for a lifetime! Just keep on taking them and improving.

La Critique
1) It is nice that you have a draw of focus with use of color. It is genererlly better to offset the draw of focus a little to the right or left but this could be used for say shampoo or something.
2)That there is a boy by a street
3)That is a little fearfull but not really fearfull enough more scary or a picture of Chaney might do it.
4)I like this one very sexy good job

The pictures are good..youhave a good eye....but you are spoiling the viewing with your name on them, 300 times. If I'm posting a picture I may want to copyright I just put my name across the picture in 72 point transparent type....works just as well and you can see the picture...............

Common snapshots made more annoying by your irrational fear that someone would steal them. Why would anyone want to?
