If they pull you over, you'll be arrested because there's a warrant out for you. I don't know about Tennessee, but in Arizona they don't arrest people who go into the courthouse with their citation after a warrant has been issued, they just make them pay the fine and additional fines right there. They can also suspend your drivers license when you don't appear. I'm assuming you haven't been pulled over since you failed to appear, but you may also not have a license.

Jeebis, just remember to keep safety first and follow all traffic laws. Speeding can kill innocent people just like drunk driving. If you are pulled over you will be arrested, Im not sure about going to pay the fines. I would just call or contact a lawyer. I hope you learned your lesson this time. Dont wait to long or you will be jailed dude. Peace!

If they have issued a warrant for your arrest, then you should consult a lawyer. Because if you go in to pay it or you get pulled over, you will be arrested.
