Do u guys know why we get numbness on our head? I have this problem for several years now but my neurologist said it's nothing to worry about, when we are stressed and/lack of physical activities brain will have difficult to transform the blood (flow of blood) to all the sections, because i'm the type who hates to do exericise/physical activites so she recommended me to go to gym, take healthy food and relax. Then it stopped even though i rarely get....but i still get it when i'm stressed and tensioned and when i get angry! I try hard to keep myself happy and calm, but there are times that i can't control myself, esp.when i get mad i don't really know what i'm doing, i simply loose my control over myself. What can i do for this?

I used to have that - but didn't identify it as numb for several years. My head "felt funny" but I didn't know how to describe it to the doctor. My face would go numb, just the cheeks and up about two inches into the hair line. I learned 22 years later that it was smoking that brought this on.
About the getting mad, you can't control the feelings of anger, but you can control what you do about it. It's called Sham rage.
When I felt that kind of anger I naturally looked around for something to blame it on. But finally realized the anger was out of proportion to what I blamed it on. Rage was severe.
I decided it was okay to feel the anger, but not okay to express it the first way that came to mind. I wasn't doing anything to cause it, and didn't know how to stop it, but I did realize I could CHOOSE how to react to the feeling of anger. But you need to get rid of the energy, so I would wash walls or dig up a flower bed, and my kids knew if I said "ignore me", meant that I felt anger and they'd better leave me alone til this passes. They learned to.
A neurologist sent me to a doctor who knew about food allergies and I was tested. Turns out eating Beef made me turn into the Hulk for 1 1/2 to 2 days. I don't eat fish, and no longer have the incapacitating headaches. I don't know how many doctors believe this can happen - in 1970 most of them thought I was some kind of nut because Actifed or Chlortrimeton controlled the symptoms, but it took a large amount.
I believe if you ask your doctor to do a RAST test, or find a doctor who knows about food and chemical allergy/sensitivity, be tested and you'll learn how to avoid the mood swings. Allergies also affected short term memory. I think more doctors are aware of this, now. Good luck! Oh - If it's allergies, take two actifed and wait 20-30 minutes, and see if the anger doesn't pass? Good control, but much better to learn how to avoid the problem!

You mention that you already realise when you notice this symptom.
MAKE IT A PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE to Exercise......... Simple walking in the park is the ultimate exercise. A walking routine can help you (primarily) relax from the day's stresses and tensions.
Develop a dogmatic persistence to avoid becoming stressful in situations that cause you these symptoms.
RESEACH and APPLY THAI CHI. This Oriental practise has helped the multi-millions of Orientals to COPE with their many "life stresses."
