well lately he has been putting i lova ya and love ya honey to me and i just say bye and he keeps saying it then he like goes fine then bye and gets off does he like me or does he just wont me to think he likes him

Communication is key. I would suggest talking to him about the way you feel. Let him know that you appreciate the way he feels, and the fact that you don't return the "I love you" isn't necessarily a bad thing (unless you aren't into him, and in that case don't lead him on if his heart is in it). Make sure he knows that you want to be honest with him, and part of that is making sure you mean what you say. Some people are just not good with, or maybe afraid of rejection. By not letting him know how you feel, he may feel that you are the one pushing him away.

Well, a guy wouldnt say i love ya out of the blue. I think the best way is to say to him "Do you say i love ya to every girl or is it just me?" that should work!!
