how do you tam very thick and frizzy hair?

my hair is every where and its very hard to deal with. i need easy to deal with hair.

perm or relax it. its the same thing remember to read the directions dont keep it in for to long 5 to 10 mins depending how frizzy and curly your hair is

get some shampoo and conditioner by revlon called "smooth down". then when ur out of shower put styling gel or mousse in ur hair and scrunch it.

you can use garnier fructis i have frizzy hair as well and it works on me
