Not because our front lawn looks like a forest I will let you and your ***** take sh*t in front of my domain whenever you like!

take it, put in in a brown bag. Wait till they are home light it on fire and ring the bell and run.
OR place it in there yard with photo evidence that its there doggy doo. If they say it aint there dog that in the photo, grab it next time (the dog)and take to the pound.

Try talking to the pet owner if it doesn't work then I would wait a couple of days and the get a pan pick it up and dump it in his yard or front porch, if he was rude about it, but thats just me, if you treat me sh*ty the I treat you s*ity

Depends on how I felt. You have several options.
1. Depending on your animal control laws. Many places this is illegal if it is not cleaned up by the owner. File a complaint.
2. Speak with the owner and tell them politely not to allow there dog to crap in your yard.
3. Spray your yard with an outdoor animal repellent.
