Geeta talks about Bhakti Yog, Jnan Yog and Karma Yog. Patanjali, the most authentic author on Yog talks about Ashtang Yog. The later Yogis talk about Hath Yog.
With all the above systems of Yog, I really do not see an ancient scripture talking about Raj Yog. It seems to be the modern name for meditation (Dhyan) which is actually just one of the eight limbs of Ashtang Yog.

Krishna says in Bhagavad-gita, chapter nine, text two,
raja-vidya raja-guhyam pavitram idam uttamam
pratyaksavagamam dharmyam su-sukham kartum avyayam
This knowledge is the king of education, the most secret of all secrets. It is the purest knowledge, and because it gives direct perception of the self by realization, it is the perfection of religion. It is everlasting, and it is joyfully performed.
Further Krishna explains that it is bhakti(devotional service) in the twelfth chapter. Krishna says so many yogas, viz., karma-yoga, jnana-yoga, dhyana-yoga, sankhya-yoga etc... and concludes that among all yogas, the raja-yoga, the king is Bhakti-yoga.

It's been a long time but I think it's meditaion yoga. The sanskrit word for yoke and yoga are the same also if I remember right.
Jesus saying my yoke is easy is like saying my yoga is easy.
