Eds: Humans are not made of "dust" Dust is made of silicate, which is what rocks are made of. Humans are made of carbon, a different element. And the last time I checked, we don't have rocks in our systems.

Like every other question on evolution versus creation the answers have to fall into two categories.
Category one searches first for any Biblical reference to support the fact that God had a plan and if they cannot find one fall back on the mystery of Gods plan which has yet to be revealed.
Category two relies on scientific or semi-scientific references which it usually doesn't understand to support their contention that it must be an evolutionary process.
A more simple answer is that in any species their is limited sexual dimorphism and this is evolved into the species as a result of sexual attraction. If women had consistently found men with nipples to be unattractive any nipple less male mutation would have been extremely successful.
Apart from obvious genitalia differences, the main areas of sexual dimorphism in humans are the distribution of hair and the presence of female breasts.
The Wikipedia article is actually very useful and interesting. Of course, it isn't the Bible so it is obviously not true but then again I am a category two person anyway, so what do you expect.

Not only does it seem that you are (willingly?) ignorant of creation, but also of evolution. According to evolutionary theory, the male/female differentiation evolved much earlier than mammals are supposed to have evolved from reptiles. That is, there were allegedly already males and females long before females evolved breast-feeding.

Nipples are especially sensitive and are a source of sexual stimuli. Since they have a function, they are consistent with a design explanation

Dude, males have one LESS chromosome (or actually part of one chromosome) then females. The 23 chromosome, referred to as the X chromosome in women, and the Y in men because of the missing "leg".

Which of course matches exactly what the Bible says. The first person was created with both male and female in him, then part was extracted to create the female. So man has that "missing" part of his chromosomes. Man's breast are further proof of our creation, not by natural selection, but by a Loving Creator.
