Well, lets evaluate the anatomy and physiology of drinking. First of all, alcohol is a CNS depressent. So now your body wouldn't be working as effectively as it should for the time being (give that you are drunk). Your liver would also be spending a lot of it's energy trying to metabolize the alcohol as well.
Ok, with that said, since your body is working at a fraction of it's efficiency, then the anti-biotic would end up staying in your circulatory system longer than prescribed (being that the main metabolizer of drugs, the liver, is too busy breaking down alcohol and the fact the CNS is depressed as well). Ok, so what happens if an antibiotic stays in the system longer than needed? Well, when someone takes an antibiotic, what usually happens? Diarrhea. Reason being is that the antibiotic kills the invading bacteria its been prescribed for, but it also kills the natural bacteria in our intestines need to regulate our bowels. Therefore, we get diarrhea. Now if the antibiotic stays longer than planned, then my best guess would be - more diarrhea. Also, upset stomach, dehydration (from diarrhea AND drinking!), and electrolyte irregularitie from dehydration (which can also lead it a lesser functionable body. What does this mean? Lower resistance to infection! Basically, it's not good.
Now this is a worst case scenario. If you're a young male with a relatively healthy lifestyle, than it'll be very unlikely that you'll land in a hospital for some serious infection. But suppose you live in a dirty environment or you have poor hygiene or are overworked or stressed, then you're at risk. Also, if you are very young, very old, or are immuno-compromised (like having AID's or you are on chemotherapy or steroidal treatments). But judging from your picture, this doesn't seem to be the case.
But what are you taking the abx for? Was it prophalactically (just to prevent an infection) or did you have an infection to begin with? If so, where? With the information above, consider which parts of the body you don't want to aggravate with alcohol and abx (like stomach surgery or urinary tract infections). Just be smart and do everything in moderation.

You should never mix alcohole with Medication doesn't matter what it is. If you must drink then I would suggest you only drink about 6 hours after you take your meds. The longer you wait the better. If you take your anti-biotic in the morning and drink alco at night then that should be o.k.

One drink isn't likely to make any difference, unless the combination upsets your stomach. If you're willing to risk a bellycache and a little barfing, that's probably not a big deal. Getting drunk, though, will alter your blood flow and immune responses, and if you have an infection bad enough to invest in a doctor's visit and an expensive antibiotic, it would be silly to take it less than seriously.

This article says that drinking can make the infection more difficult to treat. My aunt is a nurse and any time I've asked her about antibiotics (not specifically this one), she says it either weakens the effects or multiplies them. Seems like in this case it will weaken them.

You'll get so drunk that it won't bother your conscience about how many microbes the anti-biotic is KILLING inside of you.
The big thing with alky comes with depressants like valium.
