The past few days i've been feeling really nervous about everything. I dont have anything in the world to even be nervous about. I got like this chill..jittery feeling inside me..and its been annoying me at night. What would help to calm me down. I heard tea..but caffeine would probally make that worse. Anyone have any ideas?..and im asking because this isnt a reason to go to the doctor, its minor but its getting on my nerves. Thanks everyone.

Take some time out for yourself. Go for a long walk-- and walk slow. If you go on a walk, go by yourself and leave ipod/cell phone at home. It s "you" time. Any kind of physical activity will make you less stressed. I sometimes play my guitar to de-stress and not be so nervous and on edge. I can remeber a time that--for no good reason-- i was afraid of my own shadow. Physical activity and not having to hurry around were the cure..

I know it sounds cliche, but deep breathing REALLY helps me. Also b12 works wonders! I hope this helps!
