tobbaco or cigarettes?

do u get addicted to tobaccos or like 'swishas'??..or is it only cigarettes??

According to the research I've seen, traditional cigarettes are about four times as addictive as other forms of tobacco (chewing tobacco, snuff, pipe tobacco, etc.) The reason for this is that you inhale cigarette smoke directly into your lungs, where the nicotine enters directly into your bloodstream and goes straight to the brain. You do not inhale other forms of cigarette smoke.

I have smoked an occasional pipe (once or twice a week on average) and had a celebratory cigar once or twice a year for a few years now. I just realized while pondering this answer that I have not had my pipe nor a cigar for three months now -- clear proof that I'm not addicted. Don't believe everything you hear from the well-funded anti-smoking lobby.

in natural tobacco, the naturally occuring nicotine is not usually enough to get you hooked fast. "shisha" i think it is. you get hooked fast to cigarettes because tobacco companies load them full of additives
