I dyed my hair 6 months ago and i was wondering if i can redye it the same color again and then put highlights in it and how long im i suppose to wait and put the highslights in my hair.

You can do a touch-up if that's what you mean. To renew the color. You have to dye your hair the color you want first then wait for like a week or so then get the highlights because you don't want to put too many chemicals in your hair at one time. Major damage.

Yes you can touch up your new growth on your hair, and also hi-light it. I suggest that you go to a salon in your area to do this, as they can do both processes in the same visit. Also another reason I suggest a salon, is because depending on the color you dye your hair, sometimes the bleach that you get off the shelf will not lighten the hair enough especially hair that has been colored previously, and therefore you wind up having brassy hi-lights. And in order to hi-light previously colored hair you have to use bleach to lift the color.

Wait a month, and cope with it whether it is healthy. My hair is amazingly VERY VERY harm! i'm bleech & ash blonde. i've got had many different hair colorings and in the experience that your going darker it incredibly is in basic terms no longer as destructive do exactly cures each and every 2 weeks !

ok i die my hair like every 2 weeks i get really tired of having the same hair color u can for sure do it but just watch out for split ends and get a really good conditiong creme good luck.....it will be cute i love highlights!!!

yes my mom dies her hair every week but i wouldnt put highlights wait like 2 weeks then highlight it

keep in mind that when you dye your hair, you are damaging it, and it will end up looking horrid. Your hair is most beautiful natural.
