you have to buy them from a bookstore or borrow from a library, just like you would do if you wanted any other book. they don't come free. you can also read one online at chabad's web site.

Just google the word "Torah."

If you want to find differences between the OT and the Torah, I'd suggest looking at any part of the OT that uses the words "devil" (used in story of Adam and Eve) or "Jesus." The Torah, at no point, uses either of these words.

The OT and the Torah are very similar, but the are not the same. As for saying "right on target," we don't know which version is right.

The modern Torah or books of Moses (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy) is an incomplete version of many ancient texts chronicling the interaction between God and those who would become the Israelites. The current form was compiled most likely during the time of Nehemiah and was gathered from remaining texts after the reconstruction of the Temple.

The credit is rightly given to Moses as the author for Jesus Himself has called them the books of Moses.

Yes, you are correct that the roots supports the branches. A Gentile is not to esteem himself above the Jew and Salvation is of the Jews. You cannot pour new wine into old skins nor can you sew a new patch onto an old garment. Jesus fulfilled the law and the prophets for all people, Jews and gentiles alike. Paul said that we are no longer Jew or Gentile, but one in Christ. Paul said that we should NOT judge any man regarding when/how he celebrates a new moon festival or Sabbath. The law was a schoolmaster showing us that we are all sinful. Christ lived it perfectly so that we may have eternal life with G-d who is perfect and cannot a person with even one blemish in His presence. Peace in Yeshua Ha'Mashiac tman

trying going to a library or if you know any Jewish friends then ask them to borrow one. and if not then go to a nearest synagogue, and ask the Rabbi there if you could borrow the Chamishe Chumshe Torah (חמישה חומשה תורה). or try searching on google.co.il. or use this web site -http://www.chabad.org/library/article.asp?AID=6288
