well "darme calabazas" means "to give me pumkins".
You really could not use it in a sentence you would have to conjugate it saying maybe "dame calabazas" meaning "give me pumkins" thats the only way I can think you could use it.

In what tense?

Porfavor, ¿puedes darme una calabaza?
Porfavor, ¿usted puede darme una calabaza?
Porfavor, ¿ ella/él puede darme una calabaza?
Porfavor, ¿Ella/ellos.uds. pueden darme una calabza?

That is one of the several possibilties that I can say.

It's Mexican Spanish that I know of. It means to refuse a request. Martha P's explanation is the best of all of the rest.
