hey i met a lady just the other day ,she had longggg,pretty hair i ask her what she does to get her hair so shiny and long ,she said i use mayo,and i also use a beer once a week,

I tried it a while ago. It puts greese back in your hair. Just make sure you wash it out or else your hair will seem like you haven't washed it for a week. It can't hurt your hair!

yes I have used it before and it helped my. I warmed it the microwave for a minute and put a plastic cap over my head and leave it on for 30 minutes or longer.

it maybe can but with so many hair products out there professional ( in salon only) and drugstore kinds why use something that is meant to go on a sandwich?

it will help to make it a little bit shinnier but your hair won't really smell good. you're better off with a good leave in conditioner from dove.
