I found the drivers on the net, but whenever I get to installation it says insert disk 2, which I don't have. Is there any way to make this work.

I did download all of the files. It still dosen't work.
I got it to where the scanner program works, but then it says the scanner is not plugged in even though I can clearly see that it is.

Are you installing from your hard disk, or did you copy the file(s) over to a floppy or CD?

Some programs are designed ONLY to be run from disks.

Very likely you may have downloaded only the first portion of it , which utraditionally has resided on a floppy disk of 1.44MB capacity.

The installation routine gets to the poinit where it needs the rest of the driver files, so it asks for the disk since it can't find them onyour HDD.

As the previous person said, You probably downloaded the first files, and didn't do the rest.

Did you download ALL the files you need? *IF* I got the right scanner, it shows 5 disks to download.

It also states not to have the scanner plugged in BEFORE you install the drivers and NOT to plug the scanner into the FRONT USB Port of your computer if you have one......
