When you die will you know that you died?

Will you be like, wow i died, I never saw it coming.

Some do and some don't. Many time ghosts are just the spirits of the people who either don't know they have died or have unresolved issues. BTW I see dead people, for real. And have helped some realize that they need to move on, yes there is a light, but I have never seen a tunnel.

I read a book called "60 Minutes in Heaven" it is about this man who claims to have died and 60 minutes later after he was announced dead he just started breathing again. The guy said he saw his body and he saw heaven. Take out of it what you want.

Probably depends on how you die.
Walking across the street, and this invisible, silent 18-wheeler flattens you, and "I never saw THAT coming" might be appropriate.

Smoking for 50 years, drinking each night, ignoring physical symptoms, and you can probably say "I should have seen it coming"

Then, you've got everythign inbetween.

Then again, that's all based on whether you believe that there is life after death.

Retrospective knowing something happened after you died is impossible. There is no "you" left to know anything, much less know that you've died. The only thing left will be a you-shaped sack of biochemical goo.

Its basically fade to black.
Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 describes the condition of those who have died.
They arte conscious of nothing.

This is not always the case. I know of people who passed over and didn't realize it had happened until someone told them.
