I'm not sure what you're asking here, pros and cons as compared to what? I will assume digital cameras of like quality.

Pros: The film "look". That is subjective, of course, but many people feel film has a warmer more natural look than digital.
More exposure latitude to capture darks and lights without blocking shadows or blowing highlights.
Not as much computer stuff to go wrong (in manual film cameras)
High ISO film outperforms high ISO consumer digicam settings.
Archival quality of silver negatives and prints.
The anticipation of seeing what you have captured when the film is developed.
The fun of darkroom work.
Right now, the price for film equipment is peanuts. Almost anyone can afford a great camera!

Cons:
You have to buy film and pay for processing. Both are getting more expensive, and processing may become harder to find in the future.
Film gets old if not used and the quality drops.
You do not have immediate feedback to see if the image was captured, or if you need to re-shoot.
If you travel, you have to worry about exposing film to x-ray.

I shoot both film and digital. Nothing looks better than a great negative printed on an optical system!

Pros:

1. strong and durable construction.
2. Lens is sharp and has a nice warm saturation to it.
3. Has black finish which expected to wear off quickly.
4. Very clear viewfinder with a lot of information.

Cons:

1. Lens cover is a disaster. It offers good protection when camera is closed but when it's open it creates problems and makes shooting uncomfortable. Also placing some of the controls on the cover puts unnecessary strain on hinges.
2. Controls are small and hard to reach. Especially aperture settings.
3. Flimsy "ON" switch
