well my bf had not been wanting to tell me his real age he told me he was 18 and well he looks it and acts it and so yesterday we were arguing and i askes him again and he told me he was 15 i'm 20 i was like what so that was a total turn off

Do it in person. Make it clear that the door is firmly closed and there's no way he's getting back with you (leave off the 'let's be friends' line - it's bullspit and only gives them false hope). But don't crush his spirit forever.
