what doc to choose?

My grandma had what you would call "sleepy eyes" and i am the only grand child to have gotten them as well. did not bother me before, but now they are. my question is do i go to a plastic surgeon or is there a kind of doc that specailize in eyes?

Get your general doctor to refer you to an eye specialist (opthalmologist) for a specialist opinion. Most general doctors will not be well up on options for this.
