I would suggest to look up a bank in your area. I know that Western Union is the best bank to send money internationally. If you can't find this bank in your area, I would suggest to look up a bank that will send money internationally.

Wire transfers from one bank to another or via Western Union. There is a small charge to do it. Talk to your bank.
